Volume 02 is officially complete, and I’m glad to announce that we now have two new manly editors, Tuiii & our very own McBubby, who took up this manly challenge. All editors are doing an excellent job, although I have to give the official speed demon seal of approval to both the reigning speed king Effatus and to our new speed prince Tuiii ;) Check out the funny credits and expect more releases in the not so distant future.

Episodes 09 & 10 of the Souten no Ken anime have been released, and episode 11 should be joining them quite soon.

Our speed king is editing all alone now so we need more editors to help us speed up our SnK scanlations. Chapters are also coming really fast now because I’m translating using Griffondoor’s English SnK Raijin editions as a guide. Come on editors, let’s get up to where Raijin left off at super fast speeds!

Here’s chapter 12 of the SnK manga: TinyLoad

Great news! Chapter 13 should hopefully be out soon and, more importantly, expect episodes 09 & 10 of the anime series any day now. Finally, we’re back on track with the anime! :D For those interested, I’ve also updated the anime series Megaupload links in the Downloads page by changing the file names from [Sentosha] to [HnG] in order to keep consistency with the upcoming releases. Also, before you ask, I took down the old Sentosha torrent links in the Downloads page because we are going to release a HnG batch torrent of episodes 01-10.

EDIT: Now for some bad news. McBubby’s internet is down so he can’t release the batch torrent yet. Hopefully everything will be up and running in the next two days.

More than a week’s wait? Well, here are two brand new chapters to compensate! Volume 01 is now officially complete with the completion of chapter 10, and Volume 02 has just started with chapter 11. Also, Souten Scans has added extra material that was missed by Spamdini’s group, and done some other minor corrections on its own work. You will find the following additions in both the Volume 01 and chapter 10 releases:
1. SnK_v01c001p012 (English Contents page)
2. SnK_v01c005p137 (Translated page missed by Spamdini :P )
3. SnK_v01c009p001 (Fixed chapter 09 title page)
4. SnK_v01c009p001a (Missing page from chapter 09)

EDIT: Effatus has informed me that the following files can not be read in Comics Reader:

>Open a window and go to “Tools”>”Folder Options”>”View”
>In Advanced Settings click on “Hide extensions for known file types”
>Now click on the files mentioned above and put .jpg where it says .png
>Now go back to “Tools”>”Folder Options”>”View”>Advanced Settings and click the “Hide extensions for known file types”
