You waited for it, folks, and here it is! This is hands-down the best arc of the entire Kitaro series, cause it parodies one of the best and most famous films (and A-bomb metaphors) to ever come out of Japanese cinema! Enjoy this Kaiju spoof with a little Mizuki-esque twist, and if you’re hungering for some more Kaiju action, go see Pacific Rim! That movie is awesome, and it should not have been beaten out at the domestic box office by that comedy with has-been Adam Sandler! Is there no justice in cinema? Seriously? Wow that was not about Kitaro at all. I better stop ranting so you can go enjoy… The Great Sea Beast arc!

but do the monsters win at the end of Pacific Rim? it has been years since i saw a movie of giant monsters where the monster actually wins, it is always “but maybe it survived after it gets beaten….” or “after all the hardship humanity survives at the end”, you know that stuff.
