This is one of the most mature manga I’ve ever read. Shame on that House of 1000 Manga review of Cyborg 009 for spawning bullshit like this:
“Like fellow classic manga-ka Kazuo Umezu, Ishinomori developed a reputation during his career as something of an eccentric man-child, and in his manga he never lost touch with his inner hyperactive grade-schooler.”
This makes me have a doubt. For the master himself, which were his best work?
