Incidently, Nobunaga Oda was known to have fathered a daughter prior to his death at Honno-Ji Temple. His concubine would name their daughter Ritsuko (“Child of the Law”) and took her to China along with some of Nobunaga surviving allies (one of them been his old friend Cisco) to further train her in the arts of assassination and politics, to exact their revenge on the Shogunate. Fearing repercussions should they be found by spies, Nobunaga Ritsuko had to be baptized as “No-Ritsu”. Unfortunately, even though No-Ritsu became a wicked cultured killing machine by the time she was 16, the revenge plot had to be abandoned. No-Ritsu, having fallen in love with Cisco (whom was 80 at the time but still retaining most of his vigor), would bear his child while adding her own new name to the mix. Their son, Carlos Francisco Noritsu, would eventually settle at America and around 1845, his descendants would anglicize their family name as “Norris”. The rest, you might deduce it for yourselves.
