How much Manga does the Anime OVA covers?

BTW, while there was plenty delinquents OVA in the 90’s, is there any reason no one is making them anymore? i’ve got the impression that Crows and Worst are really popular, yet no one is adapting them to Anime (i’m aware of the Crows Movies spin off).
